First Run for The Patriots

The Australian Patriots Party was founded in March 2024 and fielded candidates in the 2025 Western Australian state election.

Australian Patriots, Paul Howard and Jason Keane, contested the Kwinana seat against the current W.A state Labor Premier Roger Cook, and the Rockingham seat against the former W.A state Labor Premier Mark McGowan.

Both candidates secured more votes in their contested seats, than established parties, such as the Australian Christians, Shooter's, Fisher's and Farmer's party and The Animal Justice Party.

By any standard, it's a remarkable accomplishment for our first election.
